  • For acute (new) complaints, treatment course is typically 1-3+ treatments, spaced a few weeks apart with further follow up as needed.

    For chronic (old) complaints, treatment course starts with a few treatments clustered a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments every 6 weeks to 6 months, or as needed.

  • This office does not take insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid so payment is due at the time of service. A Superbill will be given if desired to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Due to current rules and regulations, Medicare and Medicaid do not accept Superbills. For patients on fixed incomes, flexible payment options are available, please contact us for more information.

  • Please cancel appointments as early as possible. The office reserves the right to charge the patient for half of the appointment if not canceled 24 hours in advance. We also reserve the right to charge your full visit cost for any missed appointments. If you miss more than half of your appointment time without contacting the office then you will be considered a No-Show patient and most likely asked to reschedule, as there will not be enough time to conduct an adequate visit. Please contact the doctor or use your patient portal to cancel.

New Patients Visits

Adult: $300 for 90 minutes (19+ years)
Pediatric: $225 for 90 minutes (1-18 years)
Infant: $150 for 45 minutes (0-12 months)
Mommy and Me (newborns and post-partum moms): $250 total for 90 minutes
Emergency visits (after hours): $350 for 90 minutes

Follow-up Patient Visits

Adult: $175 for 45 minutes (19+ years)
Pediatric: $125 for 45 minutes (1-18 years)
Infant: $75 for 45 minutes (0-12 months)
Mommy and Me (newborns and post-partum moms): $175 total for 60 minutes
Express visits (select, established patients only): $125 for 30 minutes
Emergency visits (after hours) $225 for 45 minutes

Emergency Visits:

  • You must call to schedule emergency or outside regular hours visits, subject to provider availability. The phone number can be found on the scheduling portal and in your welcome email, you may call or text this number.
